Burgers!
For dinner tonight, I had a 1pm vision to prepare burgers. I couldn't tell you why. Anyway, handmade garlic, oregano and red onion beef burgers, topped with a little known mature cheddar and black pepper fondue, brought together by a crusty bread bun (credit to Tesco for the bread). Little side salad, but I used too much lemon juice, disaster. We also had honeycomb cheesecake for pudding, self indulgence indeed.
